Preferred room and roommate description
Share a beautiful, fuel efficient, and spacious 3 bedroom condo with 2 relaxed, responsible and hardworking guys. We are both in school full-time, a senior at JWU in culinary and nutrition and a teacher going back for a masters at RISD.
We are seeking a clean, reliable and independent person to share this great space.
Gleaming hardwoods, huge new eat in kitchen with tons of cabinets and new appliances. Bay windows in livingroom with spectacular views of the entire downtown skyline. Room is large enough for at least a queen sized bed, desk and dresser and has a large closet. There is a deeded parking space and laundry and storage as well.
Our neighbors, 2 young professional women also have a room available for a female only at $330 but has no parking.

It's a great house and in great shape. All 20 something young professionals and grad students in the house.
