DO I HAVE A ROOM FOR YOU !!!
I’m looking for someone to share my home with. That simple. Trying to cut costs a little and help someone out at the same time. My home has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, eat-in kitchen, den, front porch, and 17 windows for lots of sunlight and charm. There is off-street parking. If you don’t have a car, there are two bus stops close by. It’s only two miles from downtown Providence and very close to all highways.
Your room is freshly painted , decorated, and furnished. It’s actually the guest room, so you know it’s nice and clean. It’s also in a part of the house separate from where I sleep, so you have privacy. The person who decides to lease the room is welcome to use the house with comfort…if you like to bake bread no problem…go for it.
My home is on the first floor of a two-family house which I own. The tenant on the second floor is quiet and in her early twenties.
During the summer months, the backyard has an umbrella table, chairs and sunflowers. As they say, the house has “curb appeal.” The house is on two bus lines. If you're driving, it's only five minues from all exits to highways north south and west.
I am a single woman in her sixties. Semi-retired writer, artist. Recently my first play was produced in Alabama.
The rent is $500 a month, utilities included.
