of the house. This is a safe/friendly community with a short walk to many cultural institutions: Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Gardens, Prospect Park, and weekend green market at Grand Army Plaza
Close to lots of great restaurants, shops, groceries, and many other amenities all within walking distance.
This house is on the opposite side of Park Slope. Convenient transportation. The subway number 2 and 5 is 3 short blocks from the house, 3 minutes walk. 30 minutes to downtown Manhattan. Please be a non smoker or an outdoor smoker.
