IT'S A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD WITH A LOT OF KIDS PLAYING AROUND, WITH PARKS AND A POOL REALLY CLOSE BY. ALL MY NEIGHBORS ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY. WE HAVE HOA AND NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH. I ALSO HAVE A GARAGE WHERE YOU CAN PARK.
