Preferred room and roommate description
Hey! I've got a great room to rent, that's in a house just right for you! I live about 15 mins from Disney, and Kissimmee/Celebration, and about 10 mins from Championsgate/Reunion. I'm easy-going, gone A LOT, due to my very busy schedule, and would prefer a clean, quiet, mature, adult to share my space. There's a circuit weight system in the garage with plenty of room, a pool, 500 channels of cable, (with a box in your room, I might add), wi-fi, a security system, and a great neighborhood full of people to provide that small town security and peace of mind.
I would, however, like to meet or talk to you first before any monetary exchange is done... There will be NO "I'll mail you 2 months rent, if you'll cash it and send me 1 month back" crap, so scammers back off!
