Room and separate bathroom available
Hello. I have a room for rent ($700 - all included) on West Lawrence in between New Scotland and Western, on street parking (off street on weekends).
I am a guy with a three bedroom / three bathroom house and don't have any pets (maybe a dog in the future) I don't want smoking in the house. I'm not a neat-freak but certainly not a slob either and seek the same. Preferable female grad student / professional
