Hi, I am looking for a clean, friendly, easygoing roommate who is willing to share household responsibilities. I have one puppy about 6 months old. I own the house and it is on a dead end road and it's close to shopping, bus lines, TCC, UPS, UW Tacoma, coffee, and parks. The room available is completely empty but the rest of the house is furnished. There is internet available. There is a computer desk in the spare room for officework if needed. Currently I do not have cable, but am willing to get it if the cost is split.
I am 26 yrs old and work full time. I like going out with friends, outdoors, working out, playing with my puppy and just living life. I dont prefer parties at my house, but a small group of friends are fine.
