Looking for a clean,quiet room with bath and laundry and kitchen privilidges. I am a retired teacher and would like a drama free home to rent the room in. I love cats and large dogs.. I am clean, neat and solitary by nature. Please reply so we can at least talk to each other about the arrangements. I would prefer Northeast Phoenix. However, any clean safe neighboorhood will do.
