Quiet and respectful neighborhood. Utilities of $165.00 a month are included in total rent stated. Water, electric, gas, extended cable and small maintenance. Flexible terms. I own the home, but do not live on premises. I have one professional broker presently and only will rent out one additional room. Only two will occupy home at one time. The present renter is clean, honest, respectful, non smoker(area provided outside), occassional glass of wine, intelligent, works 6 days a week, fun and congenial, yet respects privacy.
