Preferred room and roommate description

I am a 20 y.o friendly, outgoing, independent, female student that would be looking for similar roommates. I enjoy my personal time and space and having the freedom to do what I like, so being best friends with the people I live with is not a necessity, but I would definitely like to live with people that I get along with and can go out with from time to time. I will be transferring to Temple in at the start of the Spring semester and don’t know too many people so having a friendly face around campus would be a big plus for me. I am clean, but not to an obsessive extent (just as long as the dishes aren’t falling out of the sink I'll be ok). My spaces are always kept clean and I always respect others personal space. I would like to have my own room and would not like to share a bathroom with more than 3 people. My exact move in date is flexible, but I would not be moving in before the middle of December and no later than the middle of January. The type of neighborhood I live in is important to me (somewhat safe area) but I do not have any specific preferences for exact location. I would also prefer to be somewhat close to public transportation because I have limited access to a car, but again, this is not a necessity. I consider myself to be pretty laid back and always ready to try new things so let me know if I sound like I’d be someone you’d be looking to live with. Thanks!
