I have a 3 bedroom house and have 1 room for rent. It is in a really nice neighborhood in Perris . We do not do drugs and we are really calm/chill people. Social drinking is ok. House has AC/Heater, fridge, washer/dryer, internet, and cable. You will have full access to the house and the utilities will be distributed equally between all roommates.
