There are 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms for rent about $450 - $650 include all utillity such as water, gas, electricity, trash, High speed internet and deposit $450.
You have a queen size bed with a firm mattress and share a bathroom with others.
There is not rent term requested and 10 days notice for any reason between us.
It take about 5 minutes to the Lake Perris by bike from my house. You can swim or go fish in there at weekend.You can take a walk for miles in the park just 2 minutes away from the house every morning.It takes about 15 minutes to USR and RCC.
The room ready for you to move ASAP possible, no couples, no party, absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind, no pet(some person here is allergy), just for quite respectable renter, must have job or if a student show a proof of credit or income, please no drama of any kind.
