My gf (34) and I (30) are a pretty laid back couple and we have an 8 yo foster son. We are looking to rent a room in our 4 bdr house (2 story...all bdrs are upstairs). We're looking for a neat and responsible person that's willing to help out here and there and has verifiable income. We're not asking for much, but no cats and NO DRAMA!! Room is 10x11 - unfurnished and has two small windows and one bigger window.
