House is in good shape. Fresh paint throughout. Upgrades are constantly being done ,not because they are needed, but because they make the living experience easier.Mainly looking for dependable ,honest person who can feel comfortable and feel as if the house is as much theirs as anyuoe else's. Everythings included in rent so finances should not be a problem. Present "family" members are friendly, laid back, and respectful of other peoples space. The house sits on a double lot making for a pretty large yard,(one private area is surrounded with stockade fence to have privacy for cookouts,parties, or just hanging out.) Really, a nice place to live.
