Preferred room and roommate description

I am looking for a responsible room mate to share a very large apartment. Preferable a female over 35 years of age. I am renting a very large bedroom and private bath. The bedroom overlooks the courtyard with a pool, very quiet, all adult tennants, all professionals. The room is furnished with a queen size bed 2 night tables with lamps, a dresser with a mirror and a leather sleeper sofa with a coffee table. The room is a mini suite. Large closet and internet service which is not included in the rent. The private bath is across the hall it has a tub with shower. The parking is street parking and the apt. is walking diatance is to College of the Desert and Westfield Mall.
