(Includes cable TV with wifi, every 2-weeks maid service, walk-in closet, chest of drawers, and shared use of gourmet kitchen...utilities cost changes seasonally.) Beautiful accommodation in a gated community with free tennis and 7 acres of walks. 5 minutes to the 10 Freeway. The back yard and patio are quiet with a swimmer's pool, BBQ, spa and fruit trees. Garage space is available. Please do not apply if you are a slob, a smoker, a heavy drinker, a drug user, or a party animal. I have a very friendly cat and would prefer no more pets.
