I am searching for another housemate to share a furnished room in a three-bedroom two-bath house located in the city of San Bruno. San Bruno is in San Mateo County and a 15-30 minute drive to San Francisco.
House is fully furnished, have hardwood floors throughout, wireless internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, satellite dish (DIRECTTV), bus stop is three doors from the house, and plenty of street parking in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Utilities are included.
Ideal housemate is tidy, clean, friendly and considerate of other housemate, responsible, mature, non-smoker, respectful, drama-free, no drugs, financially stable, and treats home as their sanctuary instead of party central.
House is a 7-10 minute drive to SFO, BART and Cal-Train. Hwy 35, 101, 280 and 380 are all within driving distance. Close to Lunardis, Mollie Stones, Trader Joes, Tanforan Mall and Asian markets. Close to parks, Skyline College, Peets and Starbucks.
