My name is Aaron & I am a 26yr old recent grad from San Diego State University. I graduated with a degree in Finance and I work as a financial analyst for a firm here in San Diego. The apt that I live in is really spacious and had brand new carpet and appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge) when I moved in. Everything else is furnished in the apt except for the room for rent. The available room is extremely large for the price compared to most places in P.B. The room has it's own walk-in closet and private half bath. There is a washer/dryer, free storage, and one parking spot on the property. The neighbors are your typical P.B. folks (if you are from the area you will know what that means). When I am not at work I am either surfing, wakeboarding, fishing, skating, or taking my cruiser up the boardwalk. Usually during the winter I make several boarding trips to the local mountains or tahoe - you are more than welcome to come! I am looking for someone who is CLEAN, quiet, and mellow....But also fun.
