Preferred room and roommate description
I am a currently unemployed 3 degreed engineer looking for work. Been divorced for 8 years alone and living with 3 bulldogs who stay in kitchen. House undergoing some renovation now but does not affect upstairs where 3 bedrooms are available.. I am quiet but not unreasonable as long as I get my sleep.
I can accept X dollars of house work inside or out to makeup for total rent of $800 per month, which I prefer to be month to month. I encourage you to allow me to get a background check for me and I plan to do so for potential roomies. I am intellectual but don't let my introversion let you think I'm serious all the time. Just busy working on next job hunt and determination of plans for PhD, if possible.
