College student looking for a roommate

Preferred room and roommate description
I am a full-time student at the University of North Texas. I am a junior studying photography. I am somewhat studious, but I do like to have fun. I am a huge movie buff and enjoy being out in nature. I work for the University part-time. My current roommate and I get along wonderfully, but she is pregnant and will be moving out before she has the baby. The apartment has washer/dryer hook-ups in the unit, and I am in the process of saving up for a set. We also have a dishwasher and fireplace. I am a smoker, but I only smoke on our outside patio, NEVER inside.
I would prefer to live with another student, but it is not a necessity. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. You also have a walk in closet in your room. I am open-minded and accepting to all kinds of people, so I'm not too picky, but there are certain things I expect out of a roommate...respect, cleanliness, working, responsible.
