I have two rooms available in my 3 bed 2 bath condo, one at 400 and one at 450(Deposit to be decided on a case by case basis). Bedrooms unfurnished, living area IS furnished, the complex has a pool(outdoor) and playground but no gym. I'm a professional so I don't party anymore, drinking and the occasional small party is fine, Drugs are NOT. Smoking(not weed) may be tolerated depending on the person. Dogs may be allowed depending on size and breed, NO CATS! Parking is not included, but uncovered and street parking is available on a first come first serve basis, and buses/trax are close by. I'm a pretty laid back guy, I work full time but hate living alone. I'm looking for some social roommates.
