I have a three bedroom house with one other roommate. I need another roommate for my third room. The rent includes all bills. This is not a party house. There are two dogs and a cat (outdoor/indoor), and we prefer not to add to that. They are very friendly. There are two bathrooms, one is shared with the second roommate which is kept emaculate, he is VERY clean, and an excellent cook! The rent is one flat rate and includes everything. It will not change no matter how the bills may fluctuate. The location has direct access to interstate 35E and is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It is also located right down the street from the local police station and therefore is very safe.
