*I am a 25yr old newly single mom w/ a 5 yr old boy. I am looking for someone to help with bills since my husband left. I work full time and take online classes. Hard wood flooring thru out first floor, everything upgraded in home-built 2007. Large back yard w/ gas grill. 65" tv in living room. I have 2 rooms to rent, one furnished, one you must bring your own bed/furniture. Private bath room and one garage space. I want someone who will keep comon area picked up. You dont have to be a clean freek, as im not myself, but i dont want to have to pick up after you either. :) I dont care what you do in your spare time as long as there are no drugs in my house. I dont mind friends over, as i do the same. I want someone who i can also make a new friendship from. Im not looking for someone who will sit in there room and never come out because they are too private.. seems weird to me i guess. I am outgoing and personable.
