i have a doublewide home on a acre i have a bedroom for rent with your seperate bathroom next to it i have a tv in living room washer and dryer off of kitchen you can bring your own food and use stove frig etc you can park in front of house like i do it is a very quiet neighborhood i have a dog that wont bother you it is a good watch dog i will pay for utilities you have to have your phone or pay hone bill i am a loner with no family here and i would want a loner with no friends coming over as i work graveyard if this is you 400 a month 200 security honest person and quiet only no kids thanks jim
