It is a 4 bedroom home currently occupied by 2 great guys (looking for 2 additional guys to share home). Available 2 bedrooms are upstairs, shared bath between the two (although it will be a private bath until both rooms are rented out). $500/room , month to month, Utilities included, washer/dryer, basic cable , swimming pool, etc.... .
