Preferred room and roommate description
Located 2 miles due north of Bush airport, about 35 minutes to downtown. Not on public transport route but close to park and ride. Fitness buff, 6'2" 182 lbs, computer nerd, easy going, liberal, white male, fairly quiet, reader, SciFi & news junkie. I have a Bowflex and use it regularly, so if you are into fitness too, we can encourage each other. Light drinker and OUTSIDE SMOKER only (psyching myself up to quit again). Ideal roommate would be a borderline NEAT FREAK, one who is computer literate and serious about fitness and nutrition (certainly be height/weight proportionate to start with), NOT a prude, and classical music tolerant. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Large. Cable internet. Off street parking. VERY private back yard with pool, adjoining "Sherwood Forest" - great view and easy hiking.
