Preferred room and roommate description

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. I am offering one room and the front bathroom for rent. You basically will have the front part of my house to yourself. There is a washer/dryer you can use as well as access to the kitchen. The bathroom is furnished and the bedroom has only a queen size bed in it. I can remove the bed if needed. The room is a great size with a decent size closet. I only have a wireless internet card so I do not have internet in the house, if you have it or can get it that is fine. There is Direct TV in my living room which you are more than welcome to watch. Depending on how long you will be staying then we might be able to get it in your room (will discuss this one). I work full time and go to school full time, while school is on line I spend my evenings studying or going to the gym. Rent will include electric/gas, water/trash. I would prefer to have some one that takes care of themselves has a job and does not need me to babysit them. If you have any questions please let me know. The photos attached are not the best but give you an idea.
