Preferred room and roommate description
Rent includes elec/water. I am 46 y/o WF. My 2-story home is situated next to Lake Houston, within 1/4 mile from the golf course and 20-25 minutes from IAH. Community pool 1 block away. The available room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, cable TV/wireless internet. Will split bathroom with current roomie who travels 90% of the time for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. I can provide the linens, towels, etc.; a great setup for someone in a temporary situation or traveling light. Can use washer and dryer and kitchen. The area is very safe and quiet. Mainly professionals live in the area (pilots). Twenty minutes from Deerbrook Mall; however, much shopping available within 5 minutes. I work at home and I am neat, clean, and quiet and would like the same from a roommate. I would ask for no smoking, no drugs, and light social alcohol only. So very sorry, but my old dog (chichuahu) is not very social with other animals but loves people, so no pets please. If you are a good, honest, and financially secure person, please take a look and lets talk. thanks
