Me and my wife are looking for a roommate to rent in our 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Mesquite, Texas. The rent includes all utilities including high-speed internet connection, cable with all the movie channels , phone with unlimited nationwide long distance, electricity, and water. The rent includes use of all common areas of the household including the kitchen and laundry room. We have new carpet throughout the house, new ceramic tile in the kitchen, and new paint inside and out, and a new roof. We also just recently added a new living area at the back of the house...so there are 2 living areas. The available room has a bathroom located across the hall from it. The room next to the available room is used as a guest room if needed. There is plenty of privacy for a new roommate. Our room is located on the opposite side of the house and we have our own bathroom. There is a detached garage located in the back of the house which has plenty of storage if needed.The room is furnished with a new queen size bed, dresser with mirror, small computer desk, nightstand, ect. However, our roommate may bring their own furniture if they desire and we can store ours if needed. We are very easy to get along with and keep our house clean. We are looking for someone who will do the same. We both work full-time jobs and are gone a majority of the time. We have a small chihuahua dog who is very well potty trained and friendly. We will accept couples with an additional amount of rent. Outside smoking only.We welcome any serious inquirys.
