Dallas Roommates & Rooms for rent Dallas

Me and my wife of 9 years are looking for a responsible roommate to rent in our three bedroom 2 bath home in Mesquite, Texas. We have two spare bedrooms that are furnished; however we are only wanting to rent one of them. We are going to use the other as a guest room. There is a bathroom located right across from the available rooms. They both have closets and are furnished. Our roommate would be welcome to bring their own furniture if they desire and we could store ours. The rent includes all utilities including cable, internet, and phone with nationwide unlimited long distance, ect. Our bedroom is on the other side of the house and we have our own bathroom...so our roommate will have plenty of privacy. We are very responsible and easy to live with. We like to keep the house clean and are looking for someone who likes to keep things clean also. We both work and are gone a majority of the time. . Please contact Mark or Gina if you are interested.
