The house is only 4years old and is in great shape. There are two bedrooms to choose from. One bedroom has a bed in it and the other has a bed frame. Both bedrooms have great closet space. You will have your own bathroom and there will be no other tenants in the house. There is a two car garage with plenty of storage space in and out side.
The house is kept very clean but in a livable condition. There is a washer and dryer on the second floor of the house. I am asking 450.00 a month in rent, with a 200.00 deposite. The room is available immediately for move in.
I am a very quite person and respectful of others and would like a roommate that is the same. I like sports and I am not a partier but I do know how to have fun. I enjoy my home and would want a roommate to do the same.
