Preferred room and roommate description

The title says it all. I have been married to a wonderful woman for 35 years, we both moved here from California in 1974. I have taught elementary school since 1973. I am a very successful teacher and I love it. I am presently unemployed because my private school, Rocky Mountain School for the Gifted and Creative, in Boulder, went down in flames (not literally) because of poor management. I expect to get a job in the second semester of this school year because I have excellent recommendations and lots of experience teaching.

I am going to get a medical marijuana license because I take a lot of pain meds for my back and my hip, which I just had replaced. I should be taking long walks and hiking within a few weeks. I am looking for a male who believes in the LIVE AND LET LIVE philosophy. I read the Tao Te Ching and believe in that philosophy. I do believe that we should all be responsible towards each other, especially in a living situation, we need to discuss responsiblilities and treat each other with respect. I can smoke the medical marijuana outside or away from the premises.
