Preferred room and roommate description

Hello there! I am Female looking to rent one of my rooms in my three bedroom house to another FEMALE. I am a fun-loving, kind & respectful gal, who is interested in renting to someone of the same nature. I love watching movies, riding my bike in the area, singing, acting (I am a professional actress/vocalist in the area & just enjoy life. Looking for someone positive, but who is clean, curtious, & respectful of my house. I do like to have "me-time" & enjoy coming home to a nice atmosphere, but enjoy friendly conversation too. I have a small hypo-allergenic trained dog & no other pets would be allowed. No smoking, no drugs, drinking ok on occasion-but no heavy drinkers please. Your room has a double bed, dresser, bachelor dresser that folds into desk, desk chair, nightstand, small table w/lamp, ceiling fan w/light. House has eat-in kitchen, small dining room, laundry room, living room, 3rd bedroom that I save as a guest room, side screeded in porch or what some call a Florida Room, two carports who you'd have your own parking area. The community is gated with a guard on at nightime from 7pm-1am give or take, & is a lovely, quaint li'l quiet community near everything but quietly set back. There are pools, hot tubs, tennis court, miniture golf course, 3 clubhouses which hold activies such a pot-lucks, Bingo, Occasional Movie Nights, Hotdog/Ice Cream socials, Catholic Mass, & Non-Denominational church (my father pastors the Non-denonminational church held at the clubhouse here-very friendly people). Its a nice area to ride your bike or take walks. It has two small gyms, equipment might not be the latest, but it gets the job done. My yard is very smalli. We live near Celebration & Old town. 15-20 minutes from Disney, etc... All residents must take a Criminal Background check. I live near the Lynx Bus Station on 192 which takes you to Disney if you work there, or up & down 192 (to the Osceola Mall, Celebration, among other stops)... The room is available now & I'd rent it on a month to month basis. It just makes it easier for us if we just happen not to be compatable at housemates-but if we are, staying longer is just fine. I would want a months notice if you decide to leave & if I feel it isnt' working out, I'd give you a months notice as well. I would never leave you stuck. I am asking $575, but I'd cover utilities, as long as we are both making an effort to keep the utilities low such as turning off lights, closing frig, not letting water running... Thanks so much!
