We have two bedrooms available with a large closet and a bath right outside the bedroom door.
$350 a month with $50 of it going towards water and electric. Anything over $50 in utilities is shared by you and the other housemate. Wireless Internet and satellite television is a shared expense with the other housemate.(the housemates pay this on their own about $55) The condo is a 3 bedroom condo. There is a galley kitchen with all appliances. A new refrigerator, stove, microware, dishwasher. There is a clothes washer and dryer in the unit. A nice size dining room/living room combination. A small patio is outside as well as an outdoor closet. There is a community pool for your use and there is parking about 20 feet from your front door. The bedroom is available now. No children live in the condo now. There are no pets now.
The condo is located walking distance to rte 192 where there are bus routes. It is 20 minutes from the Orlando airport and about the same from Disney World.
