I am looking for someone who is a professional or graduate student to share my home with me. You must be neat, respectful and trust worthy. Someone who is down to earth/grounded and enjoys life, a must!

The bedroom already has a queen-sized bed and there is another room that is a TV chill out room to share as well (sometimes needed for guests). This side of the house is separate from the master bed. The rest of the house has everything possibly needed. The patio/pool area is very private and serene as the back of the house faces conservation land.

Also, it's important for you to practice a healthy life style ;)
