Preferred room and roommate description

Hi! I have a room available for immediate move-in in East Orange County. Guy Preferred. My current roommate suddenly got a new job and moved out of state. It's about 11x11 with private bath across the hall and an additional closet adjacent to the room. It can be furnished or unfurnished. There is a Queen Size Bed.

My home is quiet with a large, park-like yard. Amenities include hot tub, Broadband Internet (wifi or wired), big-screen home theater, and maid service twice a month.

I'm in the Chickasaw/Curry Ford area -- Roughly 5 Minutes to VCC East, 10 minutes to Downtown Or Waterford Lakes, 15 to UCF & OIA

I am a working professional with a weird schedule, so my new roommate must be mature and not a big partier. Important: I do have 3 friendly cats.
