How you are in your room is your business but outside of your room everything must be clean and organized. I have 3 rooms available for rent. My home also has a private entrance, some time next year I plan to install an automatic gate. I have just under 2 acre property. Plenty of parking space. My kids live 5 miles away so I bring them for a couple hours to play in the yard since there is enough room for them to use their power wheels practice sports etc. ALL roommates must pay the $50 background history check fee. Fee would have to be paid prior to moving in after meeting and discussing the living arangement. I will present mines to all roommates as well. This is for your protection to ensure everyone is legit. I have kids so I do everything to ensure their protection. My area is more of a ranch style community almost everyone has horses. I am close to the magic kingdom parking lot.
