Preferred room and roommate description

I'm a 26 year old male looking for a potential room to move into. I'm looking for a price no more than $450/month-the lesser the better, as I'm on a budget. I'm looking for something for the next 6 months or maybe even more as I'm currently trying to work my way up in my field of study. I'm a pretty organized and neat person, but I wouldn't consider myself a neat freak. I'm a very laid-back, friendly, and outgoing person and I can get along with anybody. I'm also looking for a non-cigarette smoking environment. However, I definitely don't mind cigarettes as long as they are not doing it in the house. I'm moving out of my current residence at the end of Oct. so I need to get things going soon. Peace
