Preferred room and roommate description

I'm looking for a room to rent monthly for an undetermined amount of time, at least 3-6 months maybe more.. I work in the benson area. I get along with just about anyone, so not real specific about who my roommates are. :) I am an outdoor cigarette smoker a few times a day. I like videogames and own quite a few myself. I keep to myself and I am looking for a place to live while avoiding the hassle of signing a lease and the high cost of living at apartment communities. I am 22 years old, white male.. ..if that really makes a difference to any prospective people with rooms available.
