Our 2 bedrooms of 4 bedrooms are available for rent. Each room is for one person only. Each room has walk-in closet and bed, desk, chair and bookshelf. Tenants have the priviliges to use the common areas including kitchen (separate refrigerator) and laundry room (washer & dryer). We are looking 2 responsible female tenants with the same value as ours. We uphold traditional family value with common-sense, decency, integrity, honesty, respect, and peace.
The rent is $500/month for each bedroom (including utilities). Security deposit is $250.
