ABOUT THE HOUSE: 3Bedroom 2Bath 3car garage large living room 2 dining areas large kitchen large laundry room large front and back yard 5 minutes from I5 & Beach. Rent is $800 a month + ½ Utilities (trash, water, cable, etc.) You would have your own private bathroom w/use of the office and ALL common areas $800 deposit upon moving in. References and credit check are required.
