Preferred room and roommate description
I own and live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Lewisville and I am in search of a room mate. I have a dog and more pets are welcome as long as they are compatible. Currently the room is furnished with twin beds but they can be removed. If you have aditional furnature that is great since I only have half of what I used to own. I am looking from 500 a month and split bills. Elect. is 100 Water is 40. Currently dont have cable but willing to pay my part. The rooms are good sized and on the opposit side of the house from my room. the kitchen is lager and fully stocked.
I am an looking for someone who is clean and responsible. If you smoke I just ask that you do it outside. I dont party, drink to excess or do drugs.
