Me and my girlfriend are looking for a fun, but yet responsible person to move in to our two bedroom apt. Its 1137 sq ft. and the room is 12x13 with huge walk in. The bathroom is private but is the guest bathroom. We like two party but also like to get our sleep since we work alot. We also try to keep the place clean. We both smoke cigs but outside. I've got a 52 inch flat screen with cable and HBO included, with DVR. I have a xbox 360. Must be able to pay rent and bills($70-100) monthly. And must have own transportation.
