Preferred room and roommate description

We are looking for a roommate(s) that will be able to pay their portion of the rent on time everytime... Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and runs from 457 to 350 per person. We are currently in a lease that ends in October 2012... if we have a consistent good roomate that always takes care of their share of the bills on time, we may renew the lease, otherwise in October we will be moving to a smaller single bedroom apartment.
