I have a 2 story very nice home. I would like to find a responsible roomate to rent out one of my rooms. This is a fully furnished home. I do have to rooms one is already furnished and one is not. I do have one dog she is a yellow lab named maggie very sweet dog. I am asking for $400 rent includes utilites. I do have cable in rooms also wifi for the home with a office and fax line. So if somebody works alot from home or just a little bit it is perfect.
