My husband and I are a retired couple living here in LV during the winter in our condo. Our children live here also. We live in NH in the summer where our siblings also live. We find that we need help with paying for expenses so we are willing to rent a room out to a responsible person so we can continue to spend the winters here. We are clean, easy going, non-smokers, non-drinkers and we do not have any pets. The condo is very nice and the bedroom we are renting is furnished. There is a washer/dryer in the condo and there are two baths. You might have to share a bath with one other person. We seldom have company as we usually go out with family and/or friends for dinner. We do have our TV on all day when we are here. We are very easy to get along with and enjoy people in general.
