It is a very nice, safe complex to live in. It is a clean area. The house has a patio with a huge back yard. The house is set up for cable, although I do not use it. If you want cable, you will have to pay for it and part of the electric bill as well.
I am a person who is easy to get along with, fun, entergetic, fun to be with, reliable. The list goes on and on.
My roommate will be a straight female. The rent will be paid on time every month. If I find everything is going well, I will decrease the rent.
