I have a room available in my 3 bedroom house. My home has hardwood floors, a dishwasher and a gas fireplace. The main living areas are furnished and I can provide a furnished or unfurnished bedroom.

I'm neat, pretty clean, friendly and respectful and am looking for the same in a renter. I like to go out and do things many evenings, but I'm pretty quiet at home. I'm looking for a drug-free roommate who doesn't drink or party a lot. I work out of the 3rd bedroom, so I'd like it if you work outside the home or go to school full-time. I have a friendly, very well-behaved black Lab/Shepherd mix and a chill cat. It would be great if you like animals but don't have any to bring with you!

I live a block and a half from the COTA bus line on High St. Please have a photo of yourself in your profile, so I can see who I'm communicating with! I'm renting the room on a month-to-month basis for as long as it works out for both of us.
