Preferred room and roommate description
I am looking for a roommate for a house that I currently live in. Here are a few things that I am looking for:
-Keep public areas clean
-Steady job
-Respectful
That's about it. I am a pretty laid back guy. Looking for a male or female roommate (doesn't matter to me as long as you are a fit).
The house is very nicely furnished in the living room, the rec room and other public areas (the bedroom and bathroom is not furnished) with a large fenced in back yard. Close to major highways (commute is a breeze). Your own bathroom and I have a washer and dryer which you can use.
Finished rec room at your disposal, plenty of room for storage and of course a place in the garage to park your car for those cold winter mornings.
Rent is $600.
