12X14 carpeted room in a house with queen sized bed. My wife and I live downstairs in basically a separate apartment. My brother and his friend live upstairs in the nicer part with 3 bedrooms. You'd basically be seeing them most of the time. There's a shared full bathroom with jetted tub and shower upstairs. Nice kitchen with dishwasher, balcony with great view, and a large living room with a 60" plasma TV. We've got 2 cats upstairs. 8 person hot tub in the back is up and running. It's a little bit of a bachelor pad since it's 2 guys in their late 20's so you'd probably enjoy it more if you are a guy, but females are welcome.
